I am all in for GTA V on Wii U, in fact I was discussing the many exciting possible uses for the gamepad particularly in GTA V with my brother yesterday after I finished the game on 360. If I was a developer, I would be very excited to work on the gamepad and design around that architecture and use it to the fullest to make my work stand out, but I guess there's no easy cure for laziness.

I pre-ordered it for Wii U already, the gamepad should fit this game perfectly. If I was a developer working on a Wii U game I would be very excited to brainstorm how to use the gamepad features to the fullest to make my work stand out, especially in this game given its main gameplay feature. They should also utilise the GPGPU and the large eDRAM the console have and bring out the best in it.

LOL @ disagrees, PersonMan said the truth. Frame rate has to be evenly divisible on 60(almost all TVs have refresh rate of 60Hz) for the frames to SYNC with TV's refresh rate. Frame rate should also remain constant in order to avoid judder/stuttering. So STABLE 30 fps is preferable to 60 fps with wide SWINGS.
No, 3DS is the highest selling videogame device in 2013 despite the lack of western 3rd party support, it's the "media" that just attacks Nintendo by all means possible to gain more hits by riding the trend, even trying to turn 3DS into some sort of a failure and purposefully attach it with the vita which is a complete failure(with about only 10% of the market share and only one competitor, the 3DS).

That's blatant Lying. Whether you like it or not the gaming media has played a role in low Wii U sales through manipulating public opinion. I know some of my friends didn't buy a Wii U because of all the negative coverage, actually one of them said he thought Nintendo will cease to exist in a year or two and was liking the situation to the Blackberry company and that NT is more likely to drop support of Wii U in the next few months!
